I had my gall bladder removed in 2013. I'm not exactly sure how long after that I started getting dizzy spells and nausea with vomiting everyday for hours I couldn't do anything except lay there and wait. I went to dr after dr and they would say it's a migraine associated with vertigo. That I didn't have to feel any pain like I would with a regular migraine, just dizziness. At first I was like whatever, you don't know what I'm talking about. I even switched drs and still they say the same thing. The dr I have now prescribed "sumatriptan 50 mg" they only come in 9 pills a box. I thought they were working at first but the spells keep returning. I would take 1-2 pills when I felt it coming on and would run out of pills quickly. They upped the mg to 100 mg now but still get the spells. They aren't as frequent as they used to be or as strong but they can still put me down for half to the whole day. I really want to ask my dr for a full MRI or something to see if there is something we don't know about. You would think they would try anything until they found or did not find anything off.
