Relation between gall stones and fat in food

I am 46 years old and I know that I have managed to ruin my health. Not completely though, but still enough to develop gallstones. There is extra weight too and bad blood test results too. Is there some possible relation between gall stones and fat in blood? Can you give me any info about it?

my friend has cirrhosis. she says she is dying. her skin is an orange tint. she is skinny up top but swollen in the belly area. she stays nauseated. does she need transplant, she also has hepatitis c for 30 years and drank whisky ,rum, and gin against doctors orders. :-( ?
