I am 46 years old and I know that I have managed to ruin my health. Not completely though, but still enough to develop gallstones. There is extra weight too and bad blood test results too. Is there some possible relation between gall stones and fat in blood? Can you give me any info about it?

Well, I do know that gallstones occurrence can be prevented with low fat food diets, so we can assume that fat in blood is one of the possible causes of gallstones. So, after you have done with dealing with those gallstones, start with a healthy life. Not only you will have no more problems with your gall bladder, but will also cut some weight of and prevent several other possible conditions.
