marijuana good bad liver

hi my name rick i have hepc sarosis of the liver. im in pain all the time my feet hurt and hand go numb i cant pain meds i have g.e.r.d so i dont take pain meds.. insted i smoke marjuana for pain and to get hungry? i take nexem for gerd milk thistle for my my liver 8-| %-) :'(
