meat fibers in stools????

I've had side pain off and on for 4 years under my right rib and back pain recently. I have started having undigested meat in my stools in the last week. I'm afraid it is my pancreas.Anyone out there heard of this? I am going to gastro Doctor in a week.

what to do about having surgery.. gall bladder function at 14%
