Hemagnioma can cause weight gain?

Does having a liver hemagnioma cause weight gain does anyone know? I was just told this morning that I have this and I'm experiencing all the symptoms..abdominal fullness, nausea, headaches, you name it..I've also been gaining weight and didn't know if this was a sign too. Anyone help?

Help, I had my gall bladder out 3 weeks ago. Recovery was normal. I am now 3 weeks post op and went on vacation far from home (6 hour plane ride) and ate a high fat meal for breakfast.
