High Liver Enzymes

I am a recovering opiate addict and I recently got a blood test from my doctor reporting a high level of enzymes in my liver (like 120) I dont have hepatitis C and I've gotten a Hep B vaccination. In 2009 I got a blood transfusion that I guess could now be HepB. What does all this mean? =[
