i had my appendix out 3 weeks ago. is theree a special diet or excercises .i am 51 male

You should have fully recovered by now and you shouldn’t be needing any special diets.
Return to normal activities may last from one to three weeks tops.

Straight after the surgery, you are given clear liquid-diet like broth, juice, soda pop, and gelatin. If such meal proves to be ok for you, it means you can go back to your regular diet.
Normal diet is resumed when the bowels and stomach start working normal again.

Exercises are done when you are confined to bed to prevent blood clots from forming by exercising your legs by lifting them and making circular motions or pedaling a bike when lying aside.
