Constant gallstone pain and it hasn't gone away even when I got a painkillers

Hopefully some will ne able to help me i been having gallstones pain for 5 day alreafy it havent gone away, i went to the ER the first day they give me pain medication, the pain is not really painful but i still fell it does anyone know why am still having pain or how to get rid of it ?
