I can see heart beating through neck

Can't sleep because of heart

Hi, I am having having trouble in sleeping because of my heart. When I'm about to sleep my heart would feel as if it was being pulled down and i would feel that my body feels cold then I'll sweat a little bit. When I sit up I'll feel light headed. It really bothers me and I need my sleep :(
