I have a Afib. Been out of rythmn since Sept 2nd. On Rythmol since Sept 4th. My heart rate is still fluttering between 78-103. I'm 72. I have had 4 episodes of Afib in the last 21/2 years. Had cardio version performed 6 mo. Again. My heartrate has been steady at 60-65 until now. Does anyone have advice on how to help me. I am concerned that having such a rapid, irregular heartrate for such a long time will damage my heart more.
