Heart Hurts all the way to my back

Heart hurts, not chest pains. Will hurt all the way to my back.  Not back pain and it is hard to describe, except that it hurts. Have heart problems and I know what it is like to have chest pains, just have not had a a Dr. visit to ask him since it has started bothering me.
