I got my chest x-ray this morning and the result is this, suspicious densities, both upper lungfield; suggest apicolordotic view for verification. Heart is not enlarged, diaphragm and sulci are intact Please help me i cant understand it. Thank you

Slow, thumping heartbeat after exertion

Occasionally I will get a very hard, very slow heartbeat after exertion. I've only noticed it after sexual climax. I've had EKG/ECG/stress tests and I have an axiety disorder, high blood pressure, depression, I'm obese and a former smoker. Any ideas?
