I have been diagnosed with arrthymia and taken medication for many years. Can you advise why some people with similar diagnosis have a pace maker but I have been told I have the arrthymia in the 'wrong chamber' what do they mean?

pounding heartbeat wakes me up

Hi, I have been woken up from deep sleep with my heart beating very hard for about a minute or so, then as I lay there it subsides down to normal. Does anyone have any idea why this would happen? I have had it occur just the past three nights but never before. Thank you
