Hi, my name is Tammy, I had a complete hysterectomy July 18th 2008, two weeks later I started experiencing a racing heartrate. 140 bpm, when standing. When I am sitting it is around 120 bpm. I went to my doctor and she had me go to the hospital to have a halter monitor put on for 24 hours. They got the results back, they said I have sinus tachycardia. Do you think that the hysterectomy had anything to do with this? Could it be hormone deffeciency or something? It is really affecting my life and I seem to be getting the run around from my doctor. She put me on a calcium channel blocker, it has only been a couple of days now but I don't feel any better at all. Is there anything you can recommend? Thanks
