My heart feels like its about to explode

My heart feels like it has a lot of pressure and it feels like I can't sleep. I am sick and have a lot if mucous in my system ( really sick ) but my heart feels really heavy. What should I do ??

Last night i did not sleep at all, and today i stayed up so I could get to bed early. But i find that when i am so tired.", my heart beats fast ay night and i get an adrenal rush every couple minutes and i get very annoyed at every sound. Is this normal?
