bicycling while on coumadin

My husband has just started taking coumadin. He recently had a pulmanary embolism. He loves to cycle on long, non competitive rides. Would this be safe for him? Does anyone have any experience with this combination? Thanks, Kathy

sinus tacchycardia

I am interested to know what causes sinus tachycardia. I overheard my parent’s conversation last night. It seems that my dad has been ill for some time and they kept it away from me. He mentioned sinus tachycardia to mom and I can’t figure it out what it is.

Today I had started having flu symptoms, as well as an extremely swollen gland in the neck. The swollen gland started 24 hours ago, and the flu symptoms started 4 hours ago and have gotten extremely worse since then. About 5 minutes ago, I had some small pains in my heart and my hands went numb....
