Too long to wait?

I'm un the UK under the NHS and cannot afford to see a doctor privately. I am on holiday for 10 days from tomorrow. At the end of September my GP sent a letter referring me back to the cardiologist because of a recurrence of chest pains, fitting a typically anginal description and relieved by GTN....

Any idea?? Palps??

Sometime when I am really excited I’ve been getting heart fluttering it kind of forces me to breathe out sharply, and it's hard to breathe when it happens. Any idea what it ca be? Are those palps or what? I am otherwise healthy female, 42.
