I'm un the UK under the NHS and cannot afford to see a doctor privately. I am on holiday for 10 days from tomorrow. At the end of September my GP sent a letter referring me back to the cardiologist because of a recurrence of chest pains, fitting a typically anginal description and relieved by GTN....

Any idea?? Palps??

Sometime when I am really excited I’ve been getting heart fluttering it kind of forces me to breathe out sharply, and it's hard to breathe when it happens. Any idea what it ca be? Are those palps or what? I am otherwise healthy female, 42.

swelling

I have been getting swollen feet and calfs. I thought maybe it was from jogging in tight shoes. It comes and goes I elevate my feet over night and it the morning its substantially reduced or gone. I'm about 15 pounds over weight and I'm jogging and watching my portions and limiting junk foods....
