my "Friend" is i believe on cocain and now she keeps having minor strokes and is anemic and has multiple sclorosis is this linked?????

I'm sorry to hear that your friend is addicted to cocaine. It is very difficult to kick that habit. I do think that minor strokes and anemia can be related to cocaine abuse, but MS is not likely to be linked. Of course, it could turn out that the anemia and the minor strokes could be related to something else as well without knowing the situation. Are you planning to help her with her issue?
