heart vibrations which feel like fluids bubbling in my chest, it chokes my breathing

hello, i have been experiencing a vibration in my chest. it feels like fluids bubbling in my chest and while it's happening it literally chokes my breathing so to stop it i will have to force a cough. what does that say? is it a sign of something more problematic as a heart attack waiting to happen?
