I'm a 22 year old female. I've just recently had open heart surgery and had my aortic valve replaced with a mechanical valve. I had the surgery about a month ago and am now on maevan warfrin. I'm new to all these pills and their names. I was wondering are there any woman out there who have been in a similar position and have recovered and had children after? I would really like to have kids soon obvioulsy after I've recovered but I don't feel as though the doctors are being 100% with me. As if they don't wanna hurt my feelings when I ask them all my questions.
