heartbeat pounding in the same rhythm as my ear sound

I have developed a loud heartbeat in my ear that has gone on fy over a year.  I FEAR THAT IT WILL LITERATLY MAKE ME GO CRAZY.  I HAVE LOST MOST OF THE HEARING IN MY LEFT EAR WITHIN THE LAST THREE YEARS AN CANNOT NOW HEAR ANYTHING EXCEPT THE CONSTANT BEATING SOUND.

Whenever I breath I feel pain in my epiglottis and chest. I am not even able to take deeps breath so what should I do to get rid of it. Year ago, I had same problem and at that time also, I was doing GYM. Actually I do not want to quit GYM. So Sir please help me. Thanks.

i keep having this fluttering/vibration in my upper abdomen near my rib cage, it also goes to different parts of my abdomen at time. its been going on for some time , i am not pregnant so i just dont know what it could be  im worrying so much

Over the last 2 weeks I have had chest pains, pain and tingling down my right arm, and feeling clammy. It last any thing from 5 mins to an hour. This has happened about five times in the last two weeks ! What could this mean ?
