I'm 14 years old, and I'm having trouble breathing with chest pains and feel really light headed, and tend to get dizzy When the spells hit me. I'm not sure what's going on I'm terrified of shots which is why I don't want to go to the doctor or hospital. Help me pleaee. Thanks..
