i have the same thing, my heart hurts on a daily basis, lk brings tears to my eyes pain. i went to my dr. and they did all these sorts of tests and couldnt find anything, but he gave me some toprol-xl... idk wut it is for but i've been taking it for the past month and a half and it's not helped...
