I have had a history of gallbladder attacks, some very severe. I have CT scan w/contrast and another type of nuclear scan. Of course, everything came back fine. I recently had blood work done for life ins. and it indicated that most blood/urine levels were normal my glucose was not valid due to glycolys, ggt level elevated to 85 and my cholesteral was 201, however my ldl and hdl levels were in normal range. I am confused and concerned. I did work out at the gym prior to the test, did not eat, but kept myself hydrated with water only. Would this have impaired my results? My cholesteral level was 170 just two months ago. Should I have the blood work redone. Please advise.
