Trouble breathing after meals, I feel extremely full and I keep yawning

Lately after I eat any amount of food, from a few crackers to a full meal, I feel extremely full.. i can't breath.. and I keep yawning. I feel like I can't get enough oxygen.. I get light headed and dizzy.. any ideas on what could cause this?
