Hi, I have a quick question. I'm a male, 29yrs old and I noticed I have a few small bumps right around the rim of the rectal area. Could this be hemorrhoids? I've had them before, but there's no itching or anything like that. I just discovered it while showering. Thank you!

Thank you all for sharing. I wish I had read these remarks BEFORE my surgery. Yes it is very very very painful. My surgeon truly forgot to tell me what "there will be some discomfort associated with this!" means. I had my surgery 8 days ago, and thank god i am now feeling a tad bit better....
