procedure was done verses lateral internal sphincterotomy to fix an anal fissure. are they one in the same ? it's been 14 hours since surgery. The pain is deep and sore. i hope i made the right call. i've got a 30 history of thrombus & internal and the time has come for drastic measures to stop the pain. recovery time is now questionable.
