pure hell down there

I am 8 months pregnant......my problem is that my hemoroids have multiplied. Now there are several, swollen outside my yoo-hoo!!!!!! I have been soaking in salt baths, wiping clean with tucks, you name it. I have been doing my best but now I am in such extreme pain. I cant wait to have the baby....

I had three very large thrombosed hemorrhoids removed on Feb 28, 2012. It is now July 27, 2012. That is almost 5 months of recovery time.
