Outside anus is risen

So I'm laying in bed and feel my anus is feeling odd so I go to wipe and notice there is a collection of fluid after I wipe and it feels uncomfortable so I reach back and feel, i notice a few centimeters away from my anus my skin is raised on both sides and it is moist. Any ideas?

Not so bad
