11 weeks after surgery. Two steps forward. One step back.

I am 11 weeks out of local anesthetic out-patient external thrombosed hemorrhoid surgery and still have trouble, laying, sitting, and standing. Some days are better than others. Can't figure much rhyme or reason of what makes it better or worse except no bending over drastically or squatting helps....
