Hi, I'm Al 30 years old. Had surgery 4 days ago. I decided to post on here because reading about how other ppl are getting on helps me. Well the ip went well was in there about 1 an a half hours total. Morning after I was actually thinkin this is gunna be a breeze. I didn't bm the first day. Second day the bm was unbelicerbly painful as expected. If ppl are regular when they wake up is suggest taking pain mess as soon as u wake and not moving till they kick in because a bm with no pain relief is like passing a pineapple!! So now I'm dosed up to the eyeballs with painkillers. It's 100% gettin easyer day by day. But the bms as I expected are gunna hurt. Plus doesn't stop hurting for a good while after. I've found that if I bm in the morning I'll be comfortable by the night. Yes it takes all day to get over the morning bm. I'm not eating too much because I don't want to elevate my pain. Jus hope my passage doesn't narrow l. Hope this can help anyone as this is possibly the worst pain u can get.
