My MD gave me a sheet that says that he was doing biopsies due to: gastric mucosal abnormality in the atrium charicterized by erythema & z-line irregular, 40cm, from the incisors, and would send a report in a week. Does anyone know what those mean?

I scheduled my hemorrhoidectomy on 7/24. But I expect my next menstrual period would start on 7/22 (my period dates have always been accurate). Is it good to have hemorrhoidectomy on the day during my menstrual period? Thank you very much.
