Banding ligation for my hemorrhoids but feeling too much pressure. My legs and calves are sore

Hi, I had my first banding today. About 13 hours ago and still have so much pressure. I'm also experiencing leg and calves being really sore. Kind of hard to sleep. Once it falls off will the pain go away? I have to go back in two weeks for another, and two weeks after that for another.
