exercising after surgery

I had a hemorroidectomy 4-4-2008, and have been given the ok to exercise again. Has anyone experienced pain after starting to exercise again. I did the treadmill for about an hour (just walking), but now I feel like I have hemroids again. Any suggestions?

Hello, has anyone had just 1 internal and 1 external hemorrhoid removed during a Hemorrhoidectomy? I see lots of post for 3 or more complications but nothing smaller. I am hoping for less pain with less procedure but I may be way off. Thank you in advance for your responce.
