I have a stress fracture in 3rd metatarsal

Help, I have a stress fracture in the 3rd metatarsal. wore a boot for 8 weeks and slowly transitioned out. After two weeks the pain came back so I had an MRI which showed it to be still there. hey hows it going last august i had a 2 tonne pile of steel crush my foot and fractured the lisfranc imedittly the operated and put screws in . in feburary i got the screws out but still had pain now 2morro i head into sergury for a fusion to try and fixit
