rotator cuff surgery and 4 speed manual stick shift.

Hello All, Spring is here and my surgery for rotator cuff surgery is next week. My 1980 MGB convertible sits in the garage road ready waiting for a sunny top down kind of a day. My question, How long before I can use a stick shift??? Thanks for any answers up front. Growler

Broken hand

I broke my hand over 2.5 years ago I had it set and put in a cast but it shifted while in the cast. It didn't hurt it's fully functional but lately it hurts when I right....
