I was diagnosed with post concussion syndrome 29 months ago, but now have extreme pain in my neck and upper chest

extreme burning pain back of my neck, down left side of my neck, upper chest. Severe pain in my lower back only thing that helps is ice packs. I was dx with post concussion syndrome but it's been 29 months, nausea vomiting, just can't function with my brain, zero energy. Nothing but ice packs works
