Hi about three weeks ago I was doing a dumbbell pullover while I was Fully extended I felt two pops on my lower left side of my chest near my sternum since then I have been really weak in my chest, limited movement in my chest, pain is pretty constant along with feeling of pressure like it's hard to breathe and hurts to touch my sternum and ribs. Do you think I could have broke a rib or cartlidge or maybe damaged some intercostal muscles I'm at a loss. Please help it would be appreciated thanks!
