severe pain in the intestines after pooping?

Anyone out there suffering with pain in the intestines after pooping? I have severe pain for hours, I have to go to bed it's so bad. Is take Bentyl, and pain med but it doesn't touch the pain. I've had this for 4 years and it's getting worse

Diarrhea and Vomiting at the same time

I woke up around 2:30 and started to have diarrhea and vomit at the same time. It lasted for about 20 minutes and then went away. I felt perfectly fine afterwards. Can anyone tell me why this could be?
