Orange greasy poo, It seems like everything upsets my stomach

i get a greasy orange poop at least 4-5 DAYS a week. Why though? It's seems like everything upsets my stomach. I lack health insurance so I can't go to the doctor, any segggestions as to what I should take to relax my stomach in situations like this? Or a vitamin/supplement that can help digest...

White specks on stool/severe constipation

Ive been constipated for over twenty years! No diagnosis. Clear colonoscopy several years ago. Small white specks in solid stools. Coffee helps me go but still very solid stools. Bloating so bad I look 4-6 months pregnant. Sometimes nauseous. Any suggestions?
