My son just had a green stool accompanied with a headache. No fever, and very gassy. My daughter had this 2 weeks ago. any ideas?

A green stool is a sign of a bacterial infection in the intestines. Any time someone has green stools, they should go to the emergency room.

Nonsense, many causes for green stool , can be as simple as consuming grape juice.

Mine is green every time I eat anything with licorice in it. Last week I had some blue ice cream that did it.
