Black Dots in Stool

Hi, I have been having black dots in the stool whenever I go pass motion. My bowel movement is atleast 2 to 3 times a day. I will see the black dot in the stool on the 2nd or 3rd time pass motion a day. Been having this for almost more than 1 month. I'mg begining to worry. Is this normal?

Blood at the top of my arse.

I don't think it's big problem but last night the very top of my ass was kinda sore so went into bathroom and just wiped it with a tisuue and there was blood on the tissue there was about 3 tissue fulls of blood.Thanks

persistent bowel motions
