Stool color red????

Hi, tonite I pooped and my stool was a reddish brown color! This really scared me, is this normal??? I did have red pepper dip last night, but I've never had my stool turn red from actual red peppers. Please help!!

I have had really bad stomach pain in the upper part of the stomach. Its not a cramp, its just pain that comes and goes. I have also had really bad diahrrea. about 2 moths ago i tripped an fell on my stomach and intestinal area i fell really hard every thing seemed to be fine till about 2 weeks later i started having problems with my stomach feeling bloated and having burning pain in my intestinal area i`ve been to my dr but the bloating went away...

i am a 43 yr old man. im a smoker. i have loose bowel movements that sometimes come on fast. cramps, bloating especially after i eat. i also have a herniated disc L4 and L5, for the past 6yrs. can or are they separate or related problems?
