Bloated stomach, nausea and some pain

Recently I have been having a bloated stomach, sometimes upper and sometimes lower, I have also had little pain and sometimes a sick feeling in my stomach. I just had my period, so I havent missed any. I do have a sore throat, and stuffy nose and headache, is this just the flu??? or something else?

lower stomach cramps lasting 6 hours or so

suddenly will get lower stomach cramps, coming every one minute or so and lasting sometimes up to 6 hours. cannot sleep when I get them. very very painful. have been checking for food and other things I eat and drink but nothing particular shows up. help.
