I have been on Lactulose for 4 days and no bowel movement

I have been on lactalose for 4 days and no bowel movement I done the bag enema today about 10 times all that came out was black brown water my stomach is swollen an I'm miserable.

Sticky liquid discharge from buttocks

I went and took a dump in the morning. I felt all good, but 15 minutes later, some sticky-ish kind of liquid started discharged from my butt all of a sudden. I went to the toilet but no more liquidd came out. Could somebody help me? Is it serious?
