growling stomach and diarrea

Lately I have been having diarrea most every day. Plus my stomach keep on making such loud growling sounds. It is starting to be really uncomfortable, why is this happening? It is growling whenever, before and after eating.

problems in the stool

I am 32 weeks pregnant and today i went to the bathroom as normal, no pains or bloating nothing. I had my bowel movement and when i was done i looked down and it was a light brown color with white specs around it. Freaked me out completely. Does anyone know what this may or may not be?
