discomfort with trying to go the bathroom :(

Have baby ( 17 months old). Having trouble trying to poop. Cramping up trying to push...can't go. Crys trying to go. What can you suggest ? Doctor gave iron drops ( lacking iron ). Can't seem to get anything to work.

stomach bloated and growling

For the past 4 days my stomach has been feeling very uncomfortable. It growls non stop even after i ate and i get this pain in my upper part of my stomach. After i eat i feel very bloated. May this be a stomach virus? Please help!
