I have just been diagnosed with a 5mm AML posterior cortex upper pole and was wondering same thing. I was in ER for pain when they discovered this and an ovarian cyst. I’m 48 yrs old and have frequent UTIs and pee a lot!!

I was born with 3 kidneys and never had any problem

Its OK I was born like you, with 3 kidneys. The doctor told me to keep cal and carry on with my life a normal human. Its no different. Other people have problems ours are just hardier to find an answer.
