39, male. Worked a full day, no issues. Then 5pm. Bam. Severe pain on the left side of my back. I have a limited medical background so suspected either a stone or possible UTI. BMs have been normal and no (visible) signs of blood in urine. Had a urinalysis  (Blood detected) and CT Scan. 5mm stone confirmed. Also confirmed? I have THREE kidneys. Not sure how I never knew that. Pain comes about every hour and last for 15-30 minutes. Give it a 7 or 8 out of 10. Nurse friend also recommended shots of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar with the 'mother' in it so the acid may help break down the stone. My question is: when or how will I know the stone has entered my bladder? I'm drinking a ton of water, and some cranberry juice. Right now I have no pain and plan to go to work in 3 hours. I have Tylenol and Ibuprofen (I prefer not to take Ibuprofen) and VERY limited supply of Oxy. Getting married in several weeks and want this GONE with little pain as possible!!!!
